“魔鬼”交易员事件令瑞银面临严峻考验

　　Moody’s　Investors　Service　said　it　is　reviewing　UBS　AG’s　ratings　for　a　possible　downgrade　because　of　“ongoing　weakness”　in　the　Swiss　bank’s　risk　management.　While　Moody’s　said　the　expected　$2　billion　of　rogue-trading　losses　were　manageable　given　UBS’s　“sound　liquidity　and　capital　position”，they　nevertheless　“call　into　question　the　group’s　ability　to　successfully　complete　the　rebuilding　of　its　investment　banking　operations”.
　　穆迪投资者服务公司表示，正在评估瑞银的评级，有可能下调该行评级，因为该行的风险管理持续薄弱。穆迪表示，考虑到该行健康的流动性和资本状况，20亿美元的未授权交易预期损失是可控的；不过，穆迪仍然对该行能否成功重建投行业务存在疑问。
